Gold sponsorship Level

It would provide:

• Email and workplace address of delegates as per GDPR policy and after delegates
• Company’s logo display in the holding slides beginning of the day and during Content and design to be provided by the company.
• Company’s logo in e-brochure. Content and design to be provided by the
• Mention as gold sponsor in e-brochure.
• Registration for one representative from the company each
• Provision of a standard table for display of products at the venue with free car parking, free Wi-Fi, complimentary hot breakfast, hot lunch, and refreshments during the breaks for the representative each day.

For one day it is £645 and £895 for both days of in-person sponsorship

Platinum sponsorship level

It would provide:

• Gold sponsorship level benefits as above, plus:
• All the talks from the conference available to watch and listen to until April 2025.
• Invitation to canape, drinks, and networking on 10^th October (day one) after the talks conclude.
• Full-page advert in the e-brochure. Content and design to be provided by the company.
• Mention as Platinum sponsor in e-brochure and printed material.
• Two power point slides, showcasing company products displayed online during the breaks. Content and design to be provided by the company.
• Registration available for an additional representative from the company with free car parking,

free Wi-Fi, complimentary hot breakfast, hot lunch, and refreshments during the breaks for the additional representative each day.

For one day it is £725 and £995 for both days of in-person sponsorship

Platinum Plus sponsorship level

It would provide:

• Platinum sponsorship level benefits, as above, plus:
• Provision of equivalent space for two standard tables for display of company products at the venue with free car parking, free Wi- Fi, complimentary hot breakfast, hot lunch, and refreshments during the breaks for two representatives each day.
• First option to choose location of tables for display.
• Prominent mention as platinum-plus sponsor in e-brochure and printed material.
• Display of company logo on the lectern. Design and content provided by the company.

For one day it is £875 and £1395 for both days of in-person sponsorship
